Effect: A matchbox is examined by the spectator from which she removes a single match. You point out the presence of holes in the sleeve and drawer and then reassemble the matchbox. You push the match through the holes of the box and have the spectator extract it. Upon attempting to push it through herself, the spectator finds it to be impossible because "something" is in the way. You drop the box on the table, where it makes a loud thud. When she slides open the drawer, she is surprised to find a solid "gold brick." Everything is immediately examinable.
