Once Customer checks out from the shopping cart, Customer accepts & honors the Shipping and Returns Policy Terms and Conditions.
MagicShopSanDiego.com accepts the return of unopened items (with all seals intact) (washed and worn items will not be accepted) that were purchased and fulfilled through the MagicShopSanDiego.com website only. Items must be received by/delivered to MagicShopSanDiego.com within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery date. Customers will be refunded/credited the cost of the original purchase, excluding the initial shipping and handling fees. An additional administration fee of 15% will be levied on the original invoice amount. The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs required to return items to MagicShopSanDiego.com.
In circumstances where an order error was made by MagicShopSanDiego.com, such as dispatching an incorrect or faulty item, a full refund of the item cost plus shipping and handling costs to return these items will be covered by MagicShopSanDiego.com.
Refunds will not be issued with regards to: Items returned to MagicShopSanDiego.com after the fourteen (14) days return period, items which have been opened, marked, damaged and/or with any broken seals or in any way making them unfit for resale, items purchased through other online or other retailers (not MagicShopSanDiego.com). Books are not returnable. Items must be returned in their original packaging/containers.

- Unless faulty, products can only be returned for an exchange or credit note.
- Our return policy does not apply to downloads, as there is nothing physical to return.
- Playing cards and DVDs must be returned with shrink wrap fully intact. Faulty DVDs, however, will be replaced with a working version.
- Opened decks of cards can only be returned if there is a printing error.
- Unless the product is faulty, you must pay shipping on returned items. If required, we will reimburse the shipping on faulty items so long as we approve the cost of the shipping before you send it (we will only pay standard shipping costs for faulty items. We will not cover express shipping costs such as UPS or USPS Priority).
- All products must be returned, intact, complete with packaging. We reserve the right to refuse the return of products that have been damaged in transit, or where the package has been damaged (including having shipping labels attached directly to the product packaging).
- If the product is not faulty and was sent with free shipping, we will charge you for the actual cost of shipping the product out to you.
- Products can be returned up to two months after purchase.
- We only accept returns from the original purchaser (i.e. if you sell the product on, we cannot accept a return from your purchaser).
- The terms of this guarantee may change at any time.
HOW AND WHEN REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED
Customers whose returns meet the guidelines outlined above will receive a refund of the cost of returned items less a 15% administration fee, calculated on the original amount invoiced. The customer is responsible for return shipping and return shipping costs to MagicShopSanDiego.com. Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of the returned item(s). Customers will be refunded in a similar fashion in which payment was originally received, when doing their purchase of the returned items.
Contact customerservice@MagicShopSanDiego.com for a return authorization of defective merchandise. We will not accept defective items without return authorization. Once you receive authorization, place your product in a box with a copy of your invoice and return the package with instruction to proceed with the exchange or refund.
