Shipping policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We provide tracking to all customers upon request. If the customer disputed delivery, we will provide proper delivery tracking information to customer. If items are damaged along shipment, customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Magic Shop San Diego for an exchange of damaged items. If the delivery tracking states delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, then the customer will accept this tracking as final proof of delivery. This applies even in the event the customer did not sign for the package. If address provided is PO Box, The item will be shipped by U.S. Mail without tracking.
Customer takes full responsibility for delivery. We highly recommend only shipping to a physical address. If items are damaged along shipment, customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Magic Shop San Diego for an exchange of damaged items.
