SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We provide tracking to all customers upon request. If the customer disputed delivery, we will provide proper delivery tracking information to customer. If items are damaged along shipment, customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Magic Shop San Diego for an exchange of damaged items. If the delivery tracking states delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, then the customer will accept this tracking as final proof of delivery. This applies even in the event the customer did not sign for the package. If address provided is PO Box, The item will be shipped by U.S. Mail without tracking.
Customer takes full responsibility for delivery. We highly recommend only shipping to a physical address. If items are damaged along shipment, customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Magic Shop San Diego for an exchange of damaged items.
RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
While we try our best to pack every order sufficiently to handle transit, in some cases, damage will occur to items in your shipment due to various reasons. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you let us know as soon as possible of the damage. Any damage claims made on an order must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org 7 days of receiving the package. Please include your order number and pictures of the damaged items and packaging.
In the event the damage is caused by you or your postal service negligence, we reserve the right to refuse sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Any claims made after 7 days from receiving the product will not be considered for reimbursement or replacement. Also, do not discard the damaged item. You may be asked to return the damaged item prior to receiving a replacement or reimbursement.
Customer must notify us within 7 days of any shipping errors and we will work through how to correct such error. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct shipping information. If the product was shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer, the customer takes full responsibility for shipping costs and the full cost of the items shipped.
Shipping and Delivery Charge is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping.
All processing orders may take 2 to 3 business days before shipped.

Package arrives 5 to 7 business days after processing if ordered by 12:00 noon (PST).
Package arrives 2 to 3 business days after processing if ordered by 12:00 noon (PST).
Package arrives the next business day if ordered before 12:00 noon (PST).
International (Based on either first class or priority mail)
Order should arrive 3-21 business days after processing. Flat rate does not include duties and taxes.
For international orders if total weight of your order is over 35lbs there may be additional shipping charges calculated after order has been completed. This is to ensure the best and quickest shipping method possible for your convenience.
