This is from a Private Estate in Poor Condition. The original dust jacket is missing and is replaced with a plain blue paper inside a thin plastic dust jacket. There are tapes all along the edges of the front and back hardcovers. The spine's glue is coming off the pages. Inside there is a brief message from brad burt and his signature.
