This is from a Private Estate in Good Condition.  The dust jacket has some minor tears and wrinkles along the top edge and on the bottom edge there is a small piece torn off.  The hardcover book is in great shape. On the first page, there is an autograph by Michael Ammar from 1984 addressed to Brad Burt.
