This is from a Private Estate in Poor Condition.  The dust jacket has heavy yellow discoloration from age and the spine is repaired by tape.  The inside front flap of the dust jacket is torn about 2/3 of the flap.  The hardcover book has a dark stain on the back of the hardcover.
