This is Dr. Jeffrey Pearson's Private Estate item in Very Good Condition.
There are four picture cards with some minimal wear around the edges and includes the original written instructions.
Effect: Four Cards are show with a total of 15 different animals on the cards. The spectator mentally selects one animal. He then hands you each card that has a picture of his animal on it. You IMMEDIATELY tell him which animal he selected.
