This is from a Private Estate in Good Condition.  The booklet is in great shape and comes with fake bills.  Two of the bills have been used.

Effect: A dollar bill folded into the shape of a top hat is held between the thumb and forefinger.  When the hat is squeezed, a rabbit appears instantaneously at its brim.
