This is an estate item with the original written instructions that are really worn and stained from age and other liquids.  The gaff cards are in mint condition and are standard poker size Bicycle red back.

Effect: The spectator himself examines 12 spot cards and the 4 Aces.  The 4 Aces are openly spread out upon the table and 3 cards dealt on each.  Yet as fair as that is - the 4 Aces all appear in one pile.

While the spectator watches each move, the cards are laid out again.  He is positive there is an Ace on the bottom of each pile.  But, when the performer shows him each cards, the Aces seem to melt away and once more they are all together in the 4th.

Trying to be even more open, the Aces are shown front and back and undoubtedly placed on the table.  Each indifferent card is also shown front and back and very openly placed on the Aces.  Each indifferent pile is picked up and the Ace shown.  The 3 spot cards are turned face up leaving the Aces face down.  Yet upon flipping over the face down Aces, they aren't!  The 4 Aces once more are together in the 4th pile which the performer has never touched since first showing all the cards as he placed them there.

This is so impossible-looking looking it demands repetition.  That is just what the performer does - only this time, after the spectator has placed his palm on the 4th pile, he definitely shows that the lone face down card in each indifferent pile is still really an Ace.  Yet when it is flipped over a second later, it is not!  Nor any of the other spot cards.  And the spectator finds that the 4 Aces have somehow congregated under his very hand!
