This is from a Private Estate in Poor Condition.  This is a hardcover book with no dust jacket.  The front and back covers are discolored and have different marks.  The spine is more discolored compared to the rest of the book. The top of the pages is tainted blue and the other edges of the pages are mildly yellow from age.
