This is from a Private Estate in Poor Condition. This hardcover book has damage to the spine and the top half has torn.  The front cover has a dark smudge and other stains. The back cover has different areas of stains and dirt. The pages are yellow from ages around the edges.  The top of the pages are darker compared to the rest.
