Introduction
So who is this Doc Eason, anyway? And why should I look twice at this stuff he's peddling? He is a magic bartender who has been working at this trade since 1977 at John Denver's World Famous Tower Restaurant in Snowmass Village, Colorado near Aspen. He lives with his wife Alison and their two sons Mack and Ryan in the nearby town of Basalt. His unique talents, along with his wife's business acumen, have helped him to sustain a career in performing magic, not only for the bar patrons at the Tower but across the country for corporations, associations, and private events as well. He has a unique and personal style that shows that he really enjoys what he's doing. He remembers his audience and his audience remembers him.
As a bar magician, he performs nightly. These are some of the pet routines that he uses every night. Some of these have been presented, quite literally, thousands of times. While the material isn't all original, what is original is the routining and the some of the lines. He has used his eye for what works and what doesn't. When he hits on something that the audience likes, he can work it over and over until all the presentational bits are honed to a fine edge and it becomes a smooth piece of entertaining magic. In many cases here, the routines are offered with complete patter and lots of tips for their presentation.
