Unknown Manufacturer. Possibly Ickle Pickle's Cups and Balls Classic 2.0 but do not have the original instructions or packaging. The cups are scuffed and scratched from use but overall still in good shape. It comes with 4 red pompom balls and a black drawstring bag.
