This is from a Private Estate in Poor Condition.  This is a staple-bound book and the front and back cover show signs of fading and yellow from age. On the back cover there is personal writing for possible ideas and there is some writing on one of the pages as well.  The spine of the book is bare and missing the majority of the original black binding material.
