This book is a tribute to a great vaudeville artist and a living legend in magic, Amedeo Vacca. 

As a world famous magician for over 65 years Amedeo performed in more than 23 countries playing nightclubs and theatres. He speaks six languages and can draw laughter and applause with a single phrase. "High Class Stuff" - Amedeo broke all records at the New York Paramount theatre where he played for 26 consecutive weeks, billed as the "Needle King" - His "Fantasy in Smoke" effect was cited in Robert Ripley's "Believe it Or Not". Amedeo served as the secret "advance man" for Houdini from 1924 to 1926. In 1972 the New York Society of American Magicians aptly named Amedeo Vacca "Magican of the Year."

Vacca was born in 1890 and just refuses to retire. He still manufactures magical apparatus and finds time to lecture for the magic fraternity.
