This is from a Private Estate in Good Condition. This is the hardcover book with original dust jacket. There are torns around the top edge and a small tear around the bottom of the spine on the dust jacket. There is writing in pen inside the front cover "Property of Alex Stewart" and the edges of the pages are yellow from age.
